Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for bookings made with Bholenath Journeys All refunds are subject to verification, inspection, and deduction of applicable charges.

1. Cancellation Refunds

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

  • 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% of rental amount refunded.

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund (booking forfeited).

  • No-show at pickup time: No refund.

2. Early Returns

No refunds for early vehicle returns. Rental charges are calculated based on the full booked period.

3. Security Deposit Refunds

  • Refundable within 7-10 working days after vehicle inspection and clearance of all dues.

  • Deductions apply for:

    • Damages or repairs

    • Cleaning charges (if vehicle returned excessively dirty)

    • Unpaid fines, tolls, or parking charges

    • Excess kilometers beyond package limit

    • Fuel shortfall (if not returned at pickup level)

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are always non-refundable:

  • Processing fees and GST

  • Late cancellation/no-show fees

  • Fuel top-up charges

  • Extra kilometer charges

  • Traffic fines and penalties

  • Interstate taxes and tolls

5. Breakdown/Force Majeure

  • Mechanical breakdown (company fault): Pro-rata refund for unused period or replacement vehicle (subject to availability).

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions): Case-by-case basis, no guaranteed refund.

6. Refund Processing

  • Method: Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet).

  • Timeline: 7-14 working days after approval.

  • Bank delays: Beyond company control; standard processing time applies.

7. Refund Disputes

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email with booking ID and reason.

8. Special Cases

  • Duplicate bookings: Full refund for cancelled duplicate (within 24 hours).
